The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant changes to project scope may require a new agreement and timeline adjustment.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline. Optivizi will communicate any anticipated delays and work with you to adjust schedules as needed.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Optivizi warrants that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, or performance metrics
• We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting, or platforms
• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optivizi's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
